Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and drive the development of high-impact features. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the product vision, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring continuous product growth based on data and user needs.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Develop and manage product strategy: define product vision, build and maintain the product roadmap, and prioritize initiatives based on business goals.
• Gather and analyze user and market requirements: conduct market research, analyze player behavior, and collaborate closely with the customer support team to understand user needs and pain points.
• Work closely with the development team: define and prioritize tasks, oversee implementation, participate in testing, and support feature releases.
• Evaluate product performance: analyze key product metrics, collect user feedback, and adjust the product strategy accordingly.
• Manage the full product lifecycle: from ideation and concept validation to launch and post-release support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: collaborate with designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders involved in product development.
• Project management: plan timelines and resources, track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery of product initiatives.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the gambling / betting industry;
• Deep understanding of key casino metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LTV, Bonus Cost/Rate), bonus mechanics, and industry trends;
• Proven experience in developing and implementing product strategies and roadmaps;
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking;
• Experience in successful product launches;
• Leadership skills and experience managing teams;
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management;
• English — confident level (spoken and written), Ukrainian — fluent.
