Affiliate Manager (Tier-1, iGaming) – Streamers Telegram

VACANCY: Affiliate Manager (Tier-1, iGaming) – Streamers & Telegram ⤵️

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager with strong experience working with streamers, Telegram channels, content creators, and influencers in Tier-1 markets. The role requires the ability to build partnerships from scratch and scale high-quality traffic.

Responsibilities:

• Actively source, recruit, and develop streamers, Telegram channels, content creators, and media partners for Tier-1 GEOs.
• Conduct cold outreach to streamers, channel owners, influencers, and webmasters.
• Build partnerships from the ground up: negotiations, launches, and scaling of collaborations.
• Full partner management: onboarding, launch support, optimization, retention, and growth.
• Manage streamer and influencer integrations: formats, placements, and performance control.
• Analyze traffic quality: sources, fraud, retention, LTV, and ROI.
• Manage traffic volumes: monitoring, scaling, and performance optimization.
• Financial control: reconciliations, calculations, payouts, and compensations.
• Close collaboration with product, analytics, support, and technical teams.

 Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming (gambling/betting) — Middle+ level.
• Mandatory experience with Tier-1 markets.
• Proven experience working with streamers, Telegram channels, influencers, and content platforms.
• Strong cold outreach and partner acquisition skills.
• Understanding of streamer and influencer traffic specifics (formats, audience behavior, conversion patterns).
• Knowledge of Tier-1 traffic characteristics (audience quality, purchasing power, product expectations).
• Ability to evaluate traffic using key metrics: deposits, ARPU, LTV, retention, fraud, brand/non-brand, intent.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools.
• English level B2+ is a plus.
• Proactive, independent, and results-driven mindset.
• Leadership qualities, initiative, ownership, and strong communication skills.
• Availability and readiness to respond quickly.

 Nice to have:

• Own network of streamers, Telegram channel owners, or influencers.
• Proven experience scaling traffic through influencers or community channels.
