Senior UX Designer Offline

The role is on-site for our Lisbon office.

✅ Requirements:

🧠 Experience & Skills

✔️ 5 + years of solid background in UX/UI design and market research, ideally in the gambling industry (highly desirable);

✔️ Background working in product companies, with a deep understanding of product development cycles;

✔️ Advanced skills in Figma and design systems;

✔️ Strong information architecture, wireframing, and user research abilities;

✔️ Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable design insights;

✔️ Experience designing for mobile apps and responsive web platforms.

✔️ Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex design challenges;

✔️ Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

✔️ Creative mindset with an eye for innovation and detail;

🎓 Education

✔️ A degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️ Create intuitive, user- and business-centric designs that enhance the player experience and comply with regulatory standards;

✔️ Conduct competitor research and usability testing to inform and justify design decisions;

✔️ Build wireframes and prototypes in Figma to communicate design concepts clearly;

✔️ Collaborate on the UX of new features while considering legal and compliance requirements;

✔️ Design visually appealing interfaces following our design system;

✔️ Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Dev, QA) to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
