Motion Designer
We are rapidly growing and looking for a talented and creative Motion Designer to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for producing high-converting video creatives for paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
This is a key role in our creative unit — you’ll be turning concepts into scroll-stopping ads that drive real results in the competitive iGaming space.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Create engaging and high-performance video creatives for Facebook/Instagram ads (montage, animation, visual effects, typography)
- Work closely with media buyers and copywriters to develop concepts and visual storytelling approaches
- Adapt visuals based on performance data and creative testing results
- Keep up with the latest social media trends, ad formats, and viral styles
- Contribute to idea generation for new campaigns and promotional formats
- Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Be ready to complete a short test task!
Key Requirements
- Experience in the gambling/iGaming vertical is a MUST
- Proven experience creating short-form video creatives for performance marketing (required)
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Photoshop / Illustrator
- Solid understanding of motion design principles: animation curves, timing, keyframing, typography
- Familiarity with video tracking, masking, and compositing
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Attention to detail, creative vision, and adherence to deadlines
Nice to Have
- 1+ years of hands-on gambling/iGaming vertical
- Experience with creative testing in Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads
- Knowledge of Figma, 3D (Cinema4D, Blender) or sound design tools
- Understanding of compliance and advertising restrictions for gambling ads
