UI/UX Designer Offline

Stay Group is an innovative Marketing company with a mission to help businesses acquire their target customers and create top-tier solutions in the iGaming and entertainment industry. We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer! 
Shape intuitive flows, craft stunning interfaces, and bring our products to life across multiple brands. From landing pages to promo campaigns, your designs will turn complex ideas into simple, delightful experiences. 

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer on web projects.
• Experience working with products in the Gambling industry or a solid understanding of the industry specifics.
• Strong proficiency in Figma: working with components, auto-layouts, tokens, prototypes, and libraries.
• Experience creating and working with ready-made UI kits.
• Understanding of UX design principles, user logic, and behavior.
• Ability to create visually appealing interfaces and creative layouts.
• Ability to work with multiple brands in parallel, maintaining each brand’s visual identity.
• Basic understanding of frontend limitations (HTML/CSS) and responsive design.
• Ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of visual culture.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams: product, development, and marketing.
• Experience using AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Recraft, etc.).
• Basic or higher proficiency in Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator)
   

Responsibilities:

• Designing intuitive UX flows and modern UI designs for products.
• Creating attractive and visually balanced interfaces aligned with business goals and user expectations.
• Designing promo banners, landing pages, and marketing materials (when required).
• Ensuring a high-quality user experience through research, prototyping, and close collaboration with the product team.
• Developing and maintaining various types of websites for the holding’s brands.
• Working with multiple brands simultaneously, taking into account their unique visual identities.
• Creating and maintaining design systems and UI components.
• Preparing Figma layouts with consideration of technical requirements and adaptation for different devices.
• Participating in internal design reviews and improving solutions based on feedback and analytics.
