SERM Assistant (Junior Level)

Short Description
We are looking for a SERM Assistant to join our reputation management team and work on projects in the investment and digital sectors.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and responsible specialist who wants to enter the online reputation management (SERM) field and grow within a team.

The position includes training, working with clear instructions, and gradual expansion of responsibilities.

Responsibilities & Scope

  • Monitoring search engine results and brand mentions
  • Collecting and performing initial analysis of reviews, comments, and publications
  • Posting reviews and responses using prepared templates
  • Working with platforms (forums, aggregators, review sites, social media)
  • Maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and internal documentation
  • Supporting the SERM Manager with operational tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with guidelines and deadlines

Requirements

Required:

  • High attention to detail and strong focus
  • грамотная письменная речь → Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
  • Basic understanding of search engines (Google)
  • Willingness to learn and follow established processes
  • English level: Intermediate or higher

Nice to have:

  • Basic copywriting skills
  • Experience with Figma, Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut
  • Interest in marketing, reputation management, and branding

Working Conditions

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00
  • Full-time employment
