Lead Tender Manager

We are seeking a Tender Manager responsible for managing tender processes for GovTech and EdTech initiatives on Ukrainian and international platforms. The role focuses on IT-related public procurement, preparation of compliant tender documentation, and effective coordination of the process to deliver high-quality submissions on time.

Requirements

• Experience with tenders from 3 years

• Understanding terminology and basic processes in IT

• Knowledge of the current legislation of Ukraine and regulations governing participation in tender procurement, entrepreneurial activity

• Knowledge of the principles of submissions on international tender platforms

• Possession of business correspondence skills and negotiation techniques

• Ability to work with large amounts of information and structure data sets

• Ability to work with several tasks simultaneously, strictly adhering to deadlines and quality standards

• Skills of a confident PC user, MS Office package (in full), Office 365

• English proficiency level — Intermediate+

Responsibilities

• Monitoring of specialized websites with government and commercial tenders (Ukrainian and international)

• Drawing up a plan for participation in tenders, assessing the feasibility of participating in the procurement

• Timely and high-quality preparation of a full package of documents for the participant’s tender proposal

• Submission of documentation to electronic platforms

• Management of participation in tenders, tracking the results of the procedure, control of deadlines, completion of the process

• Registration of bank guarantees

• Preparation and collection of a package of documents for signing the contract

• Conducting contractual work

• Ensuring an effective process of working with corporate CVs

As a plus

• Experience working with tenders in IT

• Higher education in the legal field
