About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to build and scale the creative engine for a new lifelong education product within the Promova ecosystem.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how this product is discovered, perceived, and emotionally experienced by users across global markets.
You’ll join the Creative Marketing direction and work closely with user acquisition, designers, and analysts to turn creative ideas into measurable growth. From the first scroll-stopping video to long-term brand perception.

What We’re Looking For
Core Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in creative, performance, or digital marketing (including copywriting or scriptwriting).
- Hands-on experience creating advertising creatives for social media platforms (Meta, TikTok) and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of creative performance metrics and ability to analyze results.
- Experience with market analysis, competitor research, and consumer insights.
- English level B2 or higher.
Bonus Points:
- Experience launching or scaling performance campaigns for a new product.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Familiarity with AI tools and photo/video editing software.
- Experience with Snapchat or Pinterest advertising platforms.
Impact Areas
- Generate and validate new creative ideas for paid acquisition channels on a регулярній основі.
- Analyze creative trends and viral content on TikTok and Instagram to quickly adapt winning formats.
- Translate ideas into clear, structured briefs for designers and video editors.
- Collaborate closely with creative marketers, User Acquisition Managers, and designers during brainstorming and testing cycles.
- Analyze creative performance, identify patterns, and turn insights into growth opportunities.
- When needed, independently shoot short videos and make basic edits using CapCut or similar tools.
