π― Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Manager who will take full ownership of inventory flows, international logistics, and operational coordination across multiple regions.
This role requires a hands-on, responsible professional with strong import/export experience, confidence working with automation and document management systems, and the ability to manage and coordinate a small team.
Your goals will be: minimizing out-of-stock situations, reducing logistics costs per unit of goods, and ensuring 100% accuracy of customs documentation.

β What We Expect From You
β’ 3β5+ years experience in logistics / supply chain / operations in e-commerce or near e-commerce industries.
β’ Proven experience with international logistics, including import from China and export to the USA.
β’ Experience working with automation systems and digital document workflows.
β’ Experience with inventory planning software (e.g., Inventory Planner, Forecastly) or ERP systems (NetSuite, Odoo).
β’ Previous team management or coordination experience.
β’ Ability to clearly set tasks and describe processes in Notion/Slack.
β’ Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple moving parts and work independently.
β’ English (B2+) for communication with suppliers and other specialists.
π§© Key Responsibilities
β’ Manage inventory movement and stock levels, ensuring product availability and quick response to shortages.
β’ Coordinate imports from China and exports to the USA, including communication with brokers and logistics partners.
β’ Control internal and external shipments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and correct documentation.
β’ Support shipments to third-party sales channels beyond Amazon and Walmart.
β’ Manage claims with carriers and warehouses in case of damage or loss of cargo.
β’ Checking and reconciling invoices from logistics providers, optimizing and reducing transportation, freight and storage costs.
β’ Work with automation and document management systems (WebEDI, Google Sheets, etc.), identify data discrepancies, and resolve issues at first level.
β’ Manage and coordinate a small logistics team (2+ people).
β’ Ensure compliance with customs, legal, and operational requirements.
β Nice to Have
β’ Experience working with Amazon logistics or FBA.
β’ Experience with WebEDI or similar EDI systems.
β’ Understanding of multi-channel fulfillment (Amazon, Walmart, third-party platforms).
