Marketing Manager Xcom

Responsibilities

• Own and execute growth & PR strategy for the US market
• Define positioning, messaging, and brand narrative
• Build and manage relationships with US tech, fintech, and startup media
• Secure media coverage, interviews, podcasts, thought leadership
• Own and scale Twitter/X as a core growth channel
• Support investor and partner visibility through PR initiatives
• Define KPIs, analyze results, and optimize strategy

• Report directly to founders

   

Requirements

Must-have

• 4+ years of experience in Growth / Marketing / PR
• Proven track record working with the US market
• Existing network in US media, startup, or tech ecosystem
• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and growth channels
• Experience growing Twitter/X in tech or startup space
• Fluent English (C1 or near-native)

• US-friendly working hours

• FinTech / Tech background
• Investor relations or fundraising support
