We are a fast-growing FinTech startup building a next-generation crypto neo-banking platform that combines traditional financial services with crypto-native infrastructure.

Our primary focus is the US market. We aim to scale brand awareness, attract strategic investors, and position the company for rapid growth or a potential acquisition.

Role overview

We are looking for a Head of Growth & PR with strong experience in crypto / fintech, who will own the company’s external presence in the US market.

This is a strategic leadership role, not just marketing or SMM. You will shape positioning, visibility, media narrative, and investor perception in the United States.

Remote role, US-friendly time zones preferred.

Responsibilities

Growth & Strategy

• Develop and execute a growth and visibility strategy for the US market
• Define positioning, messaging, and storytelling for users and investors
• Identify key growth channels, partnerships, and distribution opportunities in US crypto & fintech

PR & Media

• Build and manage relationships with US-based crypto, fintech, startup, and VC media
• Write and distribute press releases, pitches, and announcements
• Secure media coverage, interviews, podcasts, and thought leadership placements
• Support founders in public communications and media appearances

Social Media & Community (Twitter/X focus)

• Own and scale the company’s Twitter/X presence as a core growth channel
• Create content tailored to US crypto, tech, and investor audiences
• Build relationships with founders, influencers, VCs, and opinion leaders
• Drive organic growth, engagement, and conversations

Investor Visibility

• Create narratives and materials attractive to VCs, angels, and strategic partners
• Support investor outreach through PR and visibility initiatives
• Track inbound interest from investors and partners

Analytics & Reporting

• Define KPIs for growth, PR, and social performance
• Track results, optimize campaigns, and iterate based on data
• Report directly to founders / leadership

Requirements

Must-have

• 3+ years of experience in Growth / PR / Marketing within Crypto, FinTech, or Web3
• Proven experience working with the US market
• Existing network in US crypto / fintech media or ecosystem
• Strong understanding of the US startup and investment landscape
• Demonstrated success growing Twitter/X accounts in crypto or tech
• Native or near-native English
• Availability during US-friendly working hours

Nice-to-have

• Experience with early-stage startups
• Background in investor communications or fundraising support
• Experience launching products in the US
• Personal brand or active presence on Crypto Twitter
