Growth and PR Manager (FinTech/Crypto)

About the Company

We are a fast-growing FinTech startup building a next-generation crypto neo-banking platform that combines traditional financial services with crypto-native infrastructure. 
Our goal is to enter the US market, scale brand awareness, attract strategic investors, and position the company for rapid growth or potential acquisition.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth & PR Manager with deep experience in crypto / fintech, who will own the entire external presence of the company in the United States. 
This role is not just marketing or SMM - it’s a highly hands-on position focused on brand visibility, credibility, and growth within the US crypto and fintech ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute US growth strategy
• Define positioning and brand narrative
• Manage PR, media relations, and publications
• Grow and own Twitter/X presence
• Build relationships with influencers, founders, and VCs
• Support investor visibility and inbound interest
• Define KPIs and track performance

Ideal candidate profile:

• 3+ years of experience in Growth, PR, or Marketing within Crypto / FinTech / Web3
• Strong understanding of US startup & investment ecosystem
• Proven Twitter/X growth experience
• Comfortable operating in the US market context (media, founders, investors, tone of voice)

• Background in investor communications or fundraising support
• Experience launching products in the US market
• Personal brand or strong presence on Crypto Twitter
