User Acquisition Manager (AI Products)

Inception-1 is a product company that creates AI-driven B2C products designed to help people feel more connected and less alone. Our mission is to build meaningful digital experiences that blend technology with empathy — and to prove that technology can be both human and transformative.

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to take end-to-end ownership of Meta performance campaigns, with strong cross-functional collaboration.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta.
  • Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, LTV, and unit economics.
  • Run A/B and split tests across creatives, campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends and insights, and scale winning approaches.
  • Create clear and detailed tasks for photo/video designers and manage execution.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve automation and auto-rules for acquisition.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and generate growth hypotheses.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Hands-on experience in running and optimizing Meta (Facebook Ads) campaigns.
  • Strong experience working with CPA, ROAS, LTV, budgeting, and performance analytics.
  • Experience with W2W, W2A, AEM, CAPI + Pixel optimization.
  • Proven experience with A/B and split testing of creatives, campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience creating briefs and tasks for designers and managing creative production.
  • Experience building and managing auto-rules and campaign automation.
  • English level: Upper Intermediate+.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Tableau, Amplitude, Jira, Confluence, Birch.
  • Proven experience in managing and scaling $50K+ daily ad spend.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with multiple UA channels: TikTok, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Snapchat, Pinterest.
  • Proven experience launching campaigns from scratch and scaling with lean budgets.
  • Understanding of performance marketing changes after iOS 14.5+.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, analytics, or a related field.
