Game Designer (iGaming)

Eternity Law International is supporting an international iGaming company in hiring a Game Designer (iGaming), who will be responsible for the creative vision, gameplay mechanics, and player experience of our slot games - from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Design slot game concepts from scratch (theme, story, core mechanics)
• Define gameplay mechanics: reels, paylines, symbols, wilds, scatters, bonuses, free spins
• Collaborate with math designers to align gameplay with RTP, volatility, and hit frequency
• Create clear game design documents (GDD) and feature specifications
• Work closely with artists, animators, and developers to ensure cohesive implementation
• Design bonus features that increase engagement and retention
• Balance gameplay for entertainment, clarity, and monetization
• Review and iterate on game features based on testing and feedback

• Ensure designs meet regulatory and certification requirements

   

Requirements

• Experience as a Game Designer in iGaming / slot game development
• Strong understanding of slot mechanics and player psychology
• Ability to design engaging bonus features and progression systems
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (art, dev, math, product)
• Ability to clearly document ideas and mechanics
• Strong creative and analytical thinking
• English - upper-intermediate or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience designing high-volatility slot games
• Understanding of slot math basics (RTP, volatility, max win)
• Experience with slot simulators or playtesting tools
• Familiarity with market trends and competitor analysis

• Experience working with certified or regulated markets
