Together with our Collaborative Marketing Team Lead, Nataliia, we’re looking for a UGC Specialist to scale creator partnerships and boost the performance of our UGC creatives.

 

The Collaborative Marketing team works across three core areas: influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and UGC advertising. The UGC direction is the largest and plays a key role in supporting our paid media efforts.

 

In this role, you’ll primarily work with UGC for physical products — collaborating with creators to produce ad-ready content that highlights real-life use, benefits, and emotions. You’ll also occasionally support digital products, applying the same performance-driven UGC approach.

 

Our focus is on creating scroll-stopping UGC ads that help the Creative Marketing team clearly communicate how our products make people’s lives better and drive results across paid channels.

  • Develop long-term relationships with UGC creators that help continuously test, iterate, and scale ad creatives

What you'll be doing:

  • Sourcing and communicating with UGC creators across different markets (US, LATAM, Europe).
  • Managing the full creator workflow: negotiations, contracts, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Writing clear, performance-oriented briefs and scripts tailored to each creator and ad hypothesis.
  • Generating ideas for UGC ad tests, creative angles, hooks, and messaging variations.
  • Analyzing UGC ad performance and optimizing creatives based on data and insights.

What you need to join us:

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role (UGC management, influencer marketing, performance marketing, copywriting, SMM, or advertising)
  • Hands-on experience working with UGC or influencer content for physical products is a strong plus
  • Basic understanding of key marketing and performance metrics
  • Creativity combined with the ability to translate ideas into clear, actionable briefs
  • Experience writing scripts or briefs for UGC creators or influencers
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads
  • Analytical mindset — you rely on data to make decisions and improve results
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Your superpowers: creativity, proactivity, and strong communication skills
