Middle Lead Generation Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Manager to join our Sales Team. If you excel at LinkedIn cold outreach, lead nurturing, and leveraging sales automation tools, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:
• Strong English skills (B2 or higher, both written and spoken).
• 2+ years of experience in a Lead Generation role.
• Proven experience in LinkedIn-based outreach and lead generation.
• Strong ability to nurture and qualify leads through the sales funnel.
• Ability to process a large amount of information, with attention to detail.
• Multitasking and strong time management skills.
• Interest in the latest trends in IT and the latest approaches to the lead generation process.
• Proactive, responsible, and creative approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with UpWork or similar platforms — will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct targeted LinkedIn cold outreach to generate new business opportunities.
• Leverage sales tools such as Sales Navigator, LinkedHelper, Grinfi, Snovio, Instantly, Apollo, Smart Leads, ZeroBounce, or similar to optimize prospecting efforts.
• Qualify and nurture leads from cold outreach to scheduled intro calls.
• Apply qualification frameworks to assess and advance sales opportunities.
• Maintain a structured, data-driven, and proactive approach to prospecting to ensure high conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely and report to the outreach lead and sales manager to ensure a smooth working process and achieve targets.
