Product Marketing Manager (PMM)/Growth Manager
We are a dynamically developing iGaming company operating in international markets. Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking a Growth Manager/Product Marketing Manager (PMM) responsible for driving key performance indicators, marketing strategy, product positioning, and traffic generation.
Responsibilities:
Growth & Acquisition
- Development and implementation of a growth strategy to attract new players;
- Management of digital traffic channels (paid and non-paid);
- Optimization of marketing budgets and campaign ROI;
- Analysis of user funnels and identification of growth points;
- Conducting A/B tests, validating hypotheses, and scaling successful mechanics.
Product Marketing
- Developing product positioning and unique propositions;
- Generating and developing hypotheses for product mechanics aimed at increasing player acquisition, activation, and retention;
- Preparing recommendations for the product team on implementing marketing and product mechanics;
- Analyzing user behavior and transforming insights into product requirements and growth initiatives;
- Participating in the development and validation of product hypotheses in collaboration with Product, CRM, and Analytics. Assessing the impact of product changes on key metrics (CR, Retention, ARPU, LTV);
- Transforming product insights into marketing communications and creatives;
- Audience segmentation and targeting for different markets;
- Preparing campaign materials (landing pages, ad creatives, UGC content);
- Coordinating creatives, designers, and agencies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Marketing campaign effectiveness analysis;
- Preparation of regular reports for C-level managers;
- KPI monitoring, budget forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Close collaboration with product, CRM, analytics, and UX teams.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Growth Manager / Product Marketing / PMM in iGaming or related digital products;
- Deep understanding of funnel metrics: traffic โ activation โ retention โ monetization;
- Practical experience launching advertising campaigns: performance, social, RTB, affiliate;
- Familiarity with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Firebase, BigQuery/SQL;
- Experience with CRM/CDP/push/email marketing is an advantage;
- Skills in A/B testing and data management;
- Proficient English (B2+);
- Ability to adapt strategy to business goals and markets;
- Communication with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders;
- Task prioritization and time management;
- Proactive and growth-oriented.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in iGaming marketing;
- Knowledge of the Scandinavian market (Sweden, etc.) will be a big plus;
- Knowledge of the nuances of iGaming advertising and regional regulations;
- Understanding of UX/CRO at the landing page optimization level;
- Experience in team or project management.
