Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to lead and develop a Dating vertical within a fast-growing performance-driven company with several years of successful market presence.

This role is ideal for a senior-level professional who is results-oriented, ready to influence strategy and scaling, and able to transfer and grow their own affiliate partner base.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Launching and developing the Dating vertical.
• Building, transferring, and scaling a personal affiliate partner base.
• Searching for, onboarding, and developing new partners.
• Full partner lifecycle management: communication, launch support, volume growth.
• Building processes and a sustainable partner ecosystem within the vertical.
• Analyzing performance, testing hypotheses, and scaling successful solutions.
• Representing the company at industry events and international conferences.
   

Requirements:

• Senior-level candidates only.
• Proven experience in affiliate / performance marketing.
• High level of autonomy and responsibility for results.
• Own active affiliate partner base.
• Willingness to transfer and develop own partner base within the company.
• Ability to attend industry conferences and business events.
