Affiliate Manager (Middle) — CPA Network

Role Overview

We are looking for a Middle Affiliate Manager in the Gambling / iGaming niche with proven experience on the CPA network side and a personal active and loyal affiliate (webmaster) base.

This is a performance-driven role: the main income is generated through bonuses and performance-based percentages, rather than fixed salary only.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with a personal base of affiliates/webmasters: onboarding, development, retention.
• Transferring and scaling an active affiliate base within the CPA network.
• Full affiliate lifecycle management: communication, launch support, volume growth.
• Negotiating cooperation terms (rates, caps, bonuses, individual conditions).
• Analyzing traffic performance and key metrics (CR, EPC, ROI, approval rate, etc.).
• Optimizing affiliate setups in collaboration with internal teams.
• Long-term partner development and overall revenue growth.

Requirements

• Middle-level candidates only.
• 1–1.5+ years of experience in an affiliate / CPA network.
• Mandatory experience as an Affiliate Manager on the CPA network side.
• Experience only on the advertiser or product side is not acceptable.
• Own active and loyal affiliate/webmaster base.
• Willingness to transfer and work with own affiliate base.
• Ability to attend industry conferences.
