CEO — Slot Game Studio (B2B iGaming) to $15000

We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer with proven, hands-on experience in Slot Games and B2B iGaming only.
This role requires deep operational, product, and commercial understanding of slot game production and distribution via RGS and aggregators.

🏢 About the Studio

An international slot game development studio with a team of 25 professionals.
The studio has a strong foundation for scaling:

• 2 released slot games;
• Active contracts with multiple RGS partners;
• A pipeline of completed and near-release slot projects.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Full operational leadership of the slot game studio;
• Audit and optimization of production, release, and LiveOps pipelines;
• Ownership of product and business strategy for slot games;
• Team leadership, scaling, and potential restructuring;
• Management of RGS integrations, certifications, and releases;
• Coordination with aggregators, platform partners, and regulators;
• Responsibility for P&L, delivery timelines, and commercial performance.

✅ Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Direct experience in Slot Games (B2B iGaming) — mandatory;
• Previous leadership role in a slot game studio or casino content provider;
• Deep understanding of:
  • Slot game production pipelines;
  • RGS platforms and integrations;
  • Game aggregators and distribution models;
• Experience bringing slot games from development to market;
• Strong operational and strategic leadership skills;
• Experience managing international, distributed teams.

• AAA / Console / PC gaming;
• Esports, Web3, Blockchain, or NFT projects;
• B2C online casino operations without game production experience.
