Atlassian stack platform Engineer for software development lifecycle automation & support

Responsibilities:

• Administration and configuration of Atlassian Jira applications (setting up all kinds of configuration elements), Confluence.

• Business processes automatization based on provided requirements.

• Research and development/implementing new functionality based on JIRA features or third-party solutions.

• Participation in the preparation and updating of applications and their functional elements.

• Application maintenance, failure analysis and troubleshooting.

• Maintain project documentation up to date.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Experience of administration Unix or Linux Debian/RHEL-based systems (ssh; console mode; logs; file system, regexp, sed/awk).

• Advance knowledge of scripting languages (bash or groovy/python/go).

• Scriptrunner (behaviors, script post-functions, console scripts, etc).

• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP.

• SQL: DML (select, update etc).

• Strong experience of installing JIRA, Confluence, Crowd, Bitbucket etc (Tomcat Server Configuration/tuning and JVM performance tuning).

• UI-configuration (JIRA project schemes, workflows, screens, fields, notifications; confluence spaces);

• Security settings (application/project access, permissions, security levels).

• Data and configurations import/export.

• Practical experience of using Atlassian REST API, JIRA Server API.

• GIT basics.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Experience of configuration Bamboo, Bitbucket, Crowd.

• JMX.

• Javascript, HTML, CSS basics.

• Configuration of network, mail, firewall, nginx.

• To be able to work with geographically spread team, agile methodology.

• Atlassian JIRA/Confluence certification.
