Growth Lead โ€“ Inmate Photos

 

Inmate Photos is looking for a hands-on Growth Lead to take full ownership of our revenue-generating engine. Currently, the CEO manages Apple Search Ads, and we have various contributors for other channels. We need one high-level operator to centralize, manage, and scale these efforts with a relentless focus on Contribution Profit.

This is not a "manager" role where you oversee agencies; this is an execution-first role. You will be in the dashboards daily, optimizing bids, tweaking email flows, and launching experiments.

Location: Remote (Ukraine)

Reporting to: CEO & CTO

KPI: Contribution Profit (Revenue โ€“ Ads โ€“ Fees โ€“ Fulfillment)

What You Will Own

  • Paid Acquisition: Daily management and optimization of Apple Search Ads (ASA), Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Owning the Klaviyo (Email), SMS, and Push notification strategy to increase LTV and retention.
  • Experimentation: Running 2โ€“4 "Growth Sprints" per week (testing new creatives, landing pages, or onboarding flows).
  • The Tech Stack: Managing attribution accuracy via AppsFlyer and GA4 to ensure we know exactly where every dollar is going.
  • Secondary Growth: Overseeing App Store Optimization (ASO) and Custom Product Pages (CPP) to lower our Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

The Ideal Profile

  • The "T-Shaped" Marketer: You have deep expertise in Paid Ads (Performance) but are also highly competent in Lifecycle/Retention marketing.
  • Data-Obsessed: You don't make moves based on "gut feelings." You live in spreadsheets and analytics dashboards.
  • High Agency: You don't wait for the CEO to tell you what to test. You come to the weekly meeting with a list of what you've already launched.
  • Ukrainian Tech Expert: You understand the remote work culture and have a track record of working with international startups.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app growth.
  • Mastery of AppsFlyer (or Adjust/Branch) and GA4.
  • Direct experience managing 5-figure monthly spends across Meta, Google, and ASA.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar sophisticated lifecycle tools.
  • English Level: B2 or C1 (Fluent business communication).
