HR / Recruiter

Responsibilities

 

  • Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding
  • Hire across tech (backend, frontend, math), creative (2D artists, 2D animators), and operations roles
  • Building and improving recruitment processes, pipelines, and hiring standards
  • Working closely with founders and team leads on headcount planning
  • Maintaining candidate experience and employer brand
  • Basic HR operations: contracts, onboarding flow, documentation (optional but a plus)

 

Requirements

 

  • 2+ years of experience as Recruiter or HR in tech / product companies
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, referrals, outbound)
  • Experience hiring developers and technical roles
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Structured, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
  • English at a working level (written and spoken)

     

Nice to Have

 

  • Experience in iGaming, crypto, or betting-related products
  • Experience building HR/recruitment processes from zero
  • Understanding of remote-first teams and international hiring
