Make.com Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Make.com Developer to help us automate our internal workflows, specifically recruitment processes, starting with candidate sourcing automation, and then you’ll work on additional scenarios. This can be a full-time or project-based opportunity, as per your preference. Long-term engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Make.com, building complex automations
• Good understanding of Apify.com
• Hands-on experience creating scenarios for recruitment, sales, business development, or marketing
• Proficiency with data enrichment tools such as Grinfi, PhantomBuster, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Snov.io, etc.
• Familiarity with Airtable or other database platforms
• Strong skills in algorithm design and scenario optimization
• Experience in creating and optimizing AI prompts
• Experience working with APIs and the ability to read API documentation
• Experience using Postman for API testing, if necessary
• Technical education/background that ensures a solid understanding of algorithms, APIs, and system optimization

Nice to have:

• Previous development experience
• Knowledge of JavaScript (Node.js)
• Experience with n8n workflow automation

Responsibilities:

• Implement improvements and ensure smooth integration with other tools
• Provide recommendations for scalability and performance
