About the role
 

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to join our operational team and help configure, develop, and improve our CRM ecosystem. This role combines business analysis, CRM configuration, and close collaboration with stakeholders and developers.

You will work directly with business teams, translate business processes into CRM solutions, and ensure high-quality implementation and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

 

Requirements and qualifications
 

  • At least 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM as an analyst, implementation consultant, or administrator;
  • Strong understanding of CRM philosophy, concepts, and best practices;
  • Experience analyzing business processes and implementing them in CRM systems;
  • Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Power Apps;
  • Experience working with Excel and performing data export/import and migration;
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes;
  • Analytical and logical thinking;
  • Good communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders;
  • Strong ability and willingness to learn and grow professionally.

     

Nice to have (but not required)
 

  • Experience with complex data migration and data cleaning scenarios;
  • Understanding of system integrations and API-based data exchange;
  • Experience preparing technical tasks for developers;
  • Experience creating user guides, documentation, or training materials;
  • Background in consulting or working closely with non-technical teams;
  • Experience with other Microsoft Power Platform tools.

     

What will you be doing?
 

  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM according to business needs;
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into effective CRM solutions;
  • Work with Power Apps to support CRM functionality;
  • Perform data cleaning, migration, and export/import operations;
  • Create clear and structured tasks and requirements for developers;
  • Collaborate with different departments to coordinate CRM-related initiatives;
  • Provide task estimations and timelines;
  • Develop user instructions and documentation;
  • Provide support, consultations, and training to team members;
  • Continuously develop expertise in CRM systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
