Affiliate Manager for iGaming Websites

With 10+ standalone SEO iGaming websites in our department and steadily growing traffic, we require more team resources to maximize monetization opportunities and performance of our B2C brands, as well as establish new affiliate deals, selling high-value placements on our websites from B2B and/or other iGaming operators.

 

The Affiliate Manager will help drive the revenue, optimising campaign conversion rates, monitoring performance, and aligning cross-team collaboration.

 

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with casino operators and secure valuable affiliate deals.
  • Sell placements and promotional positions on iGaming websites to affiliate partners.
  • Monitor and improve campaign conversion rates.
  • Track and analyse the performance of placements and campaigns.
  • Collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams to improve performance and secure exclusive promotions.

     

Duties:

  • Identify, contact, and negotiate new affiliate deals with casino brands and operators.
  • Sell placements (featured listings, banners, popups, etc.) on our iGaming platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to understand local market trends and support targeted campaigns.
  • Negotiate exclusive promotions and custom landing pages with affiliate partners.
  • Monitor, report, and analyze performance of placements using tracking platforms and internal tools.
  • Analyze brand performance, suggest updates, and collaborate with partners, content/design teams to implement improvements.
  • Manage affiliate contracts, terms, and performance benchmarks.

     

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing in the iGaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of iGaming traffic monetization, casino affiliate programs, and KPIs like FTD, CPA, RevShare.
  • Experience with affiliate tracking tools and performance analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple partnerships.
  • Familiarity with SEO-driven iGaming websites is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Native Russian or Ukrainian
