Media Buyer - Lead Generation (US, CA, UK)

We’re hiring a Senior Media Buyer to join Consumer Genius, a well-established lead generation company working across insurance, loans, and financial services. This role is for someone who knows lead gen inside and out and has scaled campaigns at serious volume.
 

You’ll be running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across the US, Canadian, and UK markets, working with proven offers, stable buyers, and in-house funnels. This is not e-commerce. This is performance-driven lead generation with real budgets and full ownership.

What you’ll do

• Build, scale, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Google Search, YouTube ads
• Drive high-quality leads for insurance and loan offers
• Manage performance across US, CA, and UK markets
• Monitor CPL, approval rates, ROAS, and net profit daily
• Optimize campaigns daily and report P&L results
• Work with internal creatives, developers, and compliance team
• Scale campaigns using proven in-house funnels and long-term buyers
   

What you bring

• 3+ years of lead generation media buying experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (search and YouTube)
• Proven ability to manage and scale profitable campaigns
• Experience working with compliance rules and regulated industries
• Comfort working with daily budgets and performance targets
   

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, loans, or financial services
• Background working with $25000+ daily
