Media Buyer - Insurance Lead Generation (US, Canada)

We are  looking for a Media Buyer with strong experience in US and Canadian insurance lead generation to join our partner, Consumer Genious. This role is ideal for someone who has run auto and life insurance campaigns, understands compliance, and knows how to scale profitably without burning accounts.
 

You’ll work with Google Ads and Meta Ads, proven insurance offers, and a mix of in-house and affiliate-driven traffic. We’re looking for buyers who can take ownership, make smart decisions, and grow profitable campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Launch and scale auto and life insurance lead gen campaigns
• Manage traffic across Google Search,YouTube, and Meta
• Optimize form and call-based funnels for CPL and lead quality
• Track approval rates, ROAS, volume, and net profit
• Fill out daily P&L and performance reports
• Work closely with compliance, creatives, and internal teams
• Scale winning campaigns with long-term insurance buyers
   

What You Bring

• 3+ years of insurance lead generation experience
• Strong command of Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience managing regulated offers and compliance rules
• Proven ability to scale profitable lead gen campaigns
• Comfortable optimizing accounts daily and working with volume
   

Will Be a Plus If You Have

• Experience with affiliate marketing and mixed traffic models
• Background working with lead aggregators or marketplaces
• Experience managing high daily spend
