Media Buyer - Legal Leads (UK Market)

We’re hiring a Senior Media Buyer to scale UK legal lead generation for our partner, Consumer Genius. This role is focused on claims and legal offers, working with compliance-heavy funnels, call and form-based leads, and stable end buyers.

This is a great fit for someone who has run UK claims traffic, understands how legal lead gen works, and can manage performance at scale using Google Ads and Meta Ads.
 

What You’ll Do

• Run and scale UK legal and claims lead generation campaigns
• Manage traffic across Google Search, YouTube ads, and Meta
• Optimize for CPL, approval rate, and net profit
• Work with compliance-approved creatives and landing pages
• Monitor performance daily and update P&L reports
• Scale profitable campaigns with long-term legal buyers
• Collaborate with internal teams on optimization and growth
   

What you bring

• 3+ years of legal or claims lead generation experience
• Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Understanding of UK compliance and regulated advertising
• Proven ability to scale lead gen profitably
• High attention to performance, quality, and compliance
   

Will be a plus:

• Experience running affiliate traffic
• Background in UK insurance or claims offers
• Experience managing call-based legal leads

• Base salary $2,000–$3,000/month
• 5% net profit share, uncapped
