Accountant

We are a global product company operating in the iGaming sector, with a strong international presence. We are looking for an Accountant who will be responsible for the operational support of financial and settlement processes, as well as for working with external contractors and internal stakeholders. The role involves careful work with data, reporting, calculations, and documentation, and close interaction with accounting and legal counterparties across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting, verifying, and consolidating data for payroll calculation and salary payments across all departments;
• Calculating bonuses, including monthly bonuses, quarterly and annual incentives, and other KPI-based motivation payments;
• Managing and supporting documentation related to accruals, compensation payments, and tax payments for individual contractors in different countries in compliance with local legislation; interacting with local accounting providers;
• Reconciling and analyzing company expenses, identifying discrepancies, and participating in their resolution;
• Monitoring and maintaining reporting on write-offs and cash transactions (cash flow tracking, accountable amounts, and balances);
• Collecting and submitting documentation to auditors for reporting purposes;
• Performing initial reviews of financial reports when required.
   

Key skills:

• At least 1.5 years of experience working with financial data, calculations, or reporting (finance, accounting, operational account management, payroll, or related fields);
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility when working with numbers;
• Experience with reporting and reconciliations;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Experience in an international company or working with multiple jurisdictions will be considered an advantage.
