About the Company

We are a fitness business at an active growth stage. Currently, one flagship club is operating, and three additional locations have already been signed and are in preparation. Our goal is to build a scalable, well-structured fitness club network with a strong brand, unified concept, and standardized operations.
 

Role Mission

The CEO will take full ownership of building, structuring, and scaling the fitness network, transforming a single successful club into a sustainable multi-location business and leading further expansion across the Czech Republic (with potential future growth in Europe).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth and scaling strategy of the fitness club network
• Build and implement standardized operational processes across all locations (operations, HR, finance, customer experience)
• Develop, refine, and scale the club and brand concept
• Lead the launch of new locations from planning to opening and stabilization
• Full P&L ownership, budgeting, and financial planning
• Build and manage a strong leadership and management team
• Ensure consistent service quality and premium customer experience
• Manage relationships with landlords, partners, and key contractors
• Work closely with business owners and represent the company at the executive level
   

Candidate Requirements:

Must-have:

• Proven experience as CEO / Managing Director / Head of Operations in:
  • fitness club chains or
  • adjacent multi-location businesses (beauty salon chains such as G-Bar, wellness concepts, medical clinics, lifestyle or service networks)
• Hands-on experience in building and scaling networks, not just managing a single location
• Strong expertise in process design, standardization, and operational excellence
• Fluent / near-native English (mandatory)
• Based in Prague or ready to relocate to Prague

Nice to have:

• Czech language proficiency
• Experience scaling from 1 to 5+ locations
• International or multi-market experience
• Strong understanding of the Czech or CEE market
