Product Owner (Web3 / AI / Trading)

💡 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to work on a product in the Blockchain/Web3 space with AI components. The product is currently in an active phase of development and scaling, with a strong focus on building a holistic ecosystem and a long-term product vision.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, strategic thinking, and influence over the product’s direction, as well as close collaboration with Product Officers, Team Leads, and key stakeholders.

🧩 Required Skills

4+ years of experience as a Product Owner

Experience working with Blockchain / Web3 products

Experience with products at the growth and scaling stage

Experience working with cross-functional product teams

Hands-on experience in managing and prioritizing a Product Backlog

Ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Ability to translate a high-level product vision into actionable solutions

Experience working with technical products (platforms, SaaS, web products)

Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban

Flexible application of frameworks based on product needs, not following processes for the sake of process

Strong written communication and documentation skills

💻 Responsibilities

Contribute to shaping product strategy and defining key development directions

Own and maintain the Product Backlog

Collaborate on roadmap planning and delivery

Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Act as a bridge between business goals, users, and technical implementation

Prioritize tasks based on business value

Assess the impact of product decisions on the market, users, and long-term growth

Participate in releases and analyze results

Work on integrating Web3 and AI components within a single product, ensuring logical integration and a cohesive user experience

Take responsibility for product outcomes, not just delivery

Experience working with international teams

Experience in product discovery, hypothesis-driven work, and product metrics
