About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven UAC Media Buyer in iGaming who is already profitable and ready to scale performance within a strong affiliate infrastructure.
In our team, the buyer focuses exclusively on traffic acquisition via Google Ads (UAC) and scaling iGaming setups โ without operational noise, micromanagement, or unnecessary bureaucracy.
Infrastructure
We have built a system where the media buyer focuses only on core iGaming competencies.
Each buyer is provided with a dedicated service chat where they can quickly request and receive everything required for work:
- high-quality European agency Google Ads accounts and funding;
- all necessary tools for iGaming traffic and support with their usage;
- iGaming offers from the active pool or any requested offers (casino / betting / apps);
- access to in-house designers for creating unique creatives and implementing ideas;
- financial support;
- consultations and guidance from experienced iGaming media buyers.
Cooperation Terms
First 6 months:
- 50% of net profit
Clear, with no caps or additional conditions.
From month 7 onward:
- 30% of net profit โ base terms;
- 40% โ upon reaching $20โ30k net profit;
- 50% โ at $30k+ net profit.
There is an opportunity to grow into an iGaming Team Lead role.
All team leads are active buyers and additionally receive 10% of the profit generated by their buyers.
The company policy does not provide fixed salaries. Instead, we offer one of the most competitive profit shares in the iGaming market, significantly exceeding the earning potential of any fixed salary for strong media buyers.
Candidate Requirements
Key Requirement
- Current profitable results in iGaming.
Profit size may vary, but it must serve as a proven base for further scaling.

- Proactivity โ constant testing of new approaches, setups, and creatives regardless of current results.
- Curiosity โ genuine interest in iGaming and affiliate marketing, engagement in communities, and knowledge sharing.
Professional Requirements
- Creative production for iGaming
- generation of ideas and hypotheses;
- creating briefs for designers or producing creatives independently;
- understanding and usage of AI tools: image and video generation, lip-sync, deepfake technologies.
Note: simple parser reuploads are not considered valuable.
- Technical fundamentals
- trackers, auto-upload tools, parameters;
- payment models and attribution in affiliate / iGaming.
- Google Ads / UAC expertise
- deep understanding of Google Ads interfaces;
- scaling UAC campaigns for iGaming applications.
- Analytics
- ability to analyze campaign performance;
- identify cause-and-effect relationships;
- make fast, data-driven decisions and optimizations.
