Head of Supply

Scale global supply for media buying, affiliate, and performance agencies. We work with Meta, Google, TikTok, DSP, Native + 100+ providers (accounts, cards, proxies, tools).

🧨 Your role: Head of the Supply Department. Develop strategies, build teams, and negotiate deals to ensure stable traffic.
⬆️ Key responsibilities
- Department management: KPIs, instructions, hiring/firing, deadlines, templates.
- Searching for/testing providers (agents, platforms) via FB/LinkedIn/chats; concluding terms and conditions.
- Monitoring terms and conditions: commissions, limits, penalties, refunds.
- Communication with providers and partners (personal work with large ones).
- Development of quality standards for Supply managers.
- Coordination with AM, finance, CEO; SLA from order to top-up/refund.
- Control of top-ups, refunds, blocks; database maintenance (tools, providers, manuals).
- Strategy: terms and conditions, volumes, forecasts; search processes by account formats.

⚠️ Requirements
- Experience: media buying/affiliate/supply ops/advertising infrastructure (2+ years).
- Working with providers: accounts, proxies, DSP, cards.
- Negotiations: commercial terms, long-term deals, objections.
- Management: 2+ years.
- Risk management: spend, limits, commissions.
- Finance: metrics, KPIs, reporting.
- English: Upper-Intermediate+.
