1st Line Support Engineer

1st Line Support Engineer (Telecom) — Remote / Office

VX Telecom is looking for a Junior / 1st Line Support Engineer.
We are open to candidates without prior telecom experience — training is provided.

Responsibilities:
• Work with trouble tickets and live chat with partners
• Monitor company systems and network performance
• Escalate incidents to senior engineers when needed
