The Opportunity: Affiliate Analytics & Reporting Manager

We’re looking for a data-driven, highly organized professional to take ownership of analytics, reporting, and performance measurement within the Affiliate team.
 

In this role, you will work closely with the Finance team, and the rest of the Affiliate department to bring structure, clarity, and predictability into our numbers. You will help build a unified reporting system, enhance decision-making with data, support forecasting, and ensure that financial flows and affiliate performance metrics are monitored accurately and consistently.
 

This is a key role in a rapidly growing operation, where your analytical insights and process improvements will directly impact scalability, partner outcomes, and financial results.
 

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain dashboards that track affiliate performance, revenue, ROI, and partner-level metrics.
• Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the Affiliate team and management.
• Collect and review performance statistics from top affiliate partners on a daily basis, including manual checks of key metrics to ensure data accuracy and timely visibility.
• Perform deeper analytical reviews of daily partner data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and proactively flag deviations from expected performance.
• Act as the primary owner of daily affiliate performance monitoring, ensuring that critical changes in revenue, traffic, or conversions are identified and communicated promptly.
• Standardize and automate performance reporting workflows.
• Support Finance specialist with deeper financial analysis, revenue tracking, and reconciliation tasks.
• Analyze traffic, conversions, revenue streams, and partner trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Work with Finance and team leads to create KPI models, forecasting tools, and optimization frameworks.
• Ensure accuracy of data pulled from internal tools (GA, BI systems, CRM, backend, etc.).
• Investigate performance drops, anomalies, and technical issues with tracking.
• Monitor active offers, markets, and partner performance and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the Affiliate Managers to improve decision-making based on data.
• Prepare ad-hoc analytical reports and projections for strategic planning.
• Support budgeting, planning, and quarterly review processes with reliable numbers.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in analytics, data reporting, BI, or performance analysis (affiliate or iGaming experience is a strong plus).
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel). Experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage.
• A solid understanding of affiliate marketing metrics, KPIs, and performance-based models.
• Ability to translate raw data into clear, insightful narratives and visuals.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to dig deeper into anomalies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset combined with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
