We’re looking for a Motion Designer (freelance, full-time) to create emotionally engaging, high-performing video ads that strengthen our marketing messages, capture attention, and drive business results.
In this role, you’ll directly influence core performance metrics such as retention, CTR, CPA, and overall creative effectiveness.
You’ll collaborate with motion designers, graphic designers, and creative marketing specialists — with room for initiative, concept development, and growing into a team leadership function.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll take the lead in crafting high-performing motion content that drives measurable growth across major paid channels. You’ll explore, test, iterate, and elevate Promova’s creative capabilities — from production to AI-powered innovation.
- Produce video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other acquisition channels.
- Participate in A/B testing, analyze creative performance, and optimize videos for CTR, CPA, and conversion.
- Develop new creative concepts, generate ideas, and scale successful hypotheses.
- Work closely with creative marketing specialists to understand what truly resonates with audiences.
- Research and integrate AI tools to improve team workflows (AI animation, video generation, automation).
- Manage creative initiatives: guide junior team members, distribute tasks, and provide feedback.
- When needed — adapt brand guidelines for performance realities while maintaining brand consistency.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in motion design.
- Experience in creating performance marketing (paid Meta, TikTok and other ads) creatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Solid knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Figma.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and adapting brand assets for different formats.
- Confident use of GPT, Midjourney, and AI video tools.
