Business Analyst - DELIFOOD Offline

DELIFOOD is a technology company developing digital services and tools for the food delivery and restaurant industry.
We’re looking for a Business Analyst who will work closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and formalize business and product requirements;
• Work with stakeholders to clarify goals, constraints, and priorities;
• Translate requirements into clear documentation (BRD, PRD, user stories, acceptance criteria);
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers throughout the development lifecycle;
• Support the team during implementation: clarifications, change management, scope control;

• Participate in process analysis and optimization.

   

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in IT;
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation and documentation;
• Ability to work with complex business processes and model them (BPMN, flow diagrams);
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams;
• Understanding of web and mobile products;
• Ability to decompose high-level goals into clear, actionable requirements;
• Experience writing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria;
• English — Upper Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or marketplace products;
• Experience working with data and analytics (KPIs, funnels, reports);
• Background as QA, PM, or in system analysis.
