Middle/Senior MS Dynamics 365/Power Apps Consultant - Tieto (m/f/d)

Tieto is seeking talented professionals to join our team as Middle/Senior MS Dynamics 365/Power Apps Consultant for remote collaboration.

Areas of Responsibility

• Design solutions based on initial customer requirements
• Perform fundamental business analysis tasks
• Develop Proof of Concept (PoC) independently or with a small team using Power Apps / Dynamics 365
• Prepare project work breakdown structures (WBS), estimations, and licensing calculations
• Manage engagement delivery
• Prepare and conduct solution presentations
• Participate in new product development
• Support new delivery launches (including delivery transition and team acquisition)
• Conduct training on new technologies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building applications using Power Apps (Model-driven, Canvas, Power Automate) and Power Pages
• Solid knowledge of at least one Microsoft Dynamics 365 module: Sales, Service, Project, or Customer Insights Journeys
• Strong understanding of SharePoint Online / On-Premises (customization, security, apps)
• Experience with Azure integration and hybrid service scenarios
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management and Azure DevOps project management tools
• Good understanding of M365, Power Apps, and Dynamics licensing models
• Strong business analysis skills and ability to produce BA documentation
• Knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN) and system modeling (UML)
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Microsoft certifications in development, customization, or solution design
• Experience with core back-end development tools and languages (C#, SOA, Messaging, Azure Functions)
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (JavaScript, TypeScript with React/Redux)
• Experience in building customer self-service portals (custom development)
• Exposure to contact center / CTI solutions
• Knowledge of Axapta / Navision
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps tools
• Experience managing multiple engagement projects
• Participation in delivery assistance for 1–2 projects
