We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to strengthen our team. The main responsibilities include working with different markets, fulfilling our hiring needs within different sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in performance and/or affiliate marketing recruitment is strongly preferred.
Full recruitment cycle - requirements gathering, communication with hiring managers, creation of role descriptions for publication, job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the process up to the offer stage; maintaining high-quality communication with candidates and providing timely updates to both candidates and hiring managers.
Pre-boarding - offer preparation, contract request initiation, access provisioning, and organization of the working calendar.
Hiring for roles of different seniority levels, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines.
Working with multiple markets.
Maintaining internal recruitment systems, including candidate database management and updates.
Collaboration with a sourcer.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience
Advanced English
Knowledge of sourcing techniques, familiarity with Linkedin, Boolean search, X-Ray etc
Experience with technical and non-technical roles
Multitasking, ability to switc between tasks and responsibilities
Positive attitude, willingness to work in a team
