What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct product and user research to support strategic decisions
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, correlations, and behavioral patterns
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments
- Write and optimize analytical code using SQL and Python
- Build clear visualizations, dashboards, and reports for product and business teams
- Evaluate and prioritize product hypotheses together with Product Managers
- Deliver ad-hoc analytics to support fast, informed decisions
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1+ year of experience as a Product Analyst in an iGaming product
- Strong understanding of relational databases and confidence with SQL-like languages
- Solid knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- Experience building insightful data visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, Python, Proteus, etc.)
- Ability to see real user behavior behind the numbers and clearly explain why it changed
- A proactive mindset: you independently explore problems, ask the right questions, gather data, and turn insights into action
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Advanced knowledge of statistics and probability theory
- Experience with alternative hypothesis-testing methods:
ML-based approaches, cohort analysis, synthetic control, etc. - Strong Python skills and experience with libraries such as
pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, sklearn, SciPy, Prophet - Background in business analysis and requirements discovery
- Ability to define product or business metrics, decompose them, and build metric trees
- Understanding of dependency analysis in data:
distribution estimation, delta method, linearization
