Creative Producer

About the role:

As our marketing team is growing, we’re looking for a talented Junior+/Middle Creative Producer to join the Applica.

If you have at least some experience in performance marketing, know how and where to find high-performing ideas for new concepts, have strong copywriting skills, and can write compelling scripts for UGC content — we’d be happy to invite you to our team!


Responsibilities:

  • Experience in conducting Ad Creatives Market research via spy tools and open sources
  • Ability to generate fresh and user-centric creative ideas that are highly relevant to the strategy
  • Writing strong and professional scripts for UGC and talking-head videos
  • Ability to translate an idea into a detailed brief for motion and graphic designers
  • Experience writing briefs for creators/executors
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly express ideas in writing
  • Ability to provide clear feedback to the artists and vendors on the visual layouts
  • Knowledge of key User Acquisition metrics, with the ability to analyze them and make data-driven decisions in ad creative production.

 

About you:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience as a Creative Producer
  • High level of English proficiency (min. B2+)
  • Have great copywriting skills and can write strong scripts for talking-head videos
  • Understand video storytelling in a short format
  • Feel comfortable multitasking and know how to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to think creatively and produce superb work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
