About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for growing our client and partner base, developing long-term relationships, and expanding Sempico Solutions’ presence in global telecom markets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys B2B sales, negotiations, partnerships, and working with international clients in the telecom / CPaaS space.

 

What you’ll do

  • Actively search for and attract new customers and partners
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients by offering additional services
  • Conduct negotiations, calls, and presentations with potential and current customers
  • Develop and expand the customer and partner portfolio
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads, building long-term relationships with prospects
  • Implement retention strategies to maintain and grow key accounts
  • Search for and establish direct routes with telecom operators worldwide
  • Use strong negotiation skills and product knowledge to successfully close deals
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve product and marketing strategies
  • Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely payments from partners
  • Use professional networks and social media to promote Sempico Solutions’ services
  • Represent the company at international exhibitions and conferences
     

Requirements

Must-have

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Account Management in IT, Telecom, SMS, or CPaaS
  • Fluent Ukrainian and English B2+ (spoken and written)
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in managing and growing key accounts
  • Ability to clearly express ideas, especially in written communication
  • Structured thinking, high level of self-organization, attention to detail
  • Result-oriented mindset and motivation for professional growth
  • Reliable internet connection and charged equipment during working hours
     

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of telecom markets, SMS routing, CPaaS products
  • Education in international business, marketing, or management
  • Experience participating in international conferences or exhibitions
     

💰 Compensation
Salary consists of a base rate + bonus, discussed individually based on interview results.
