Junior IT Recruiter

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team. 

 

You will work with pre-selected candidates provided by the team and focus on communication, evaluation, and coordination.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct video calls with candidates provided by the team
  • Present job opportunities clearly and professionally
  • Ask structured questions to understand candidate experience, motivation, and expectations
  • Evaluate candidates according to predefined criteria
  • Update candidate information in the internal system (CRM / ATS)
  • Maintain clear and friendly communication with candidates throughout the process
  • Coordinate next steps with senior recruiters or hiring managers

 

What You Will NOT Do

  • No candidate sourcing
  • No LinkedIn search or outreach
  • No cold messages

 

Requirements

  • Good spoken English (at least upper-intermediate level)
  • Clear communication skills and confidence in video conversations
  • Ability to follow scripts, guidelines, and processes
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in recruitment and working with people
