Junior IT Recruiter
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team.
You will work with pre-selected candidates provided by the team and focus on communication, evaluation, and coordination.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct video calls with candidates provided by the team
- Present job opportunities clearly and professionally
- Ask structured questions to understand candidate experience, motivation, and expectations
- Evaluate candidates according to predefined criteria
- Update candidate information in the internal system (CRM / ATS)
- Maintain clear and friendly communication with candidates throughout the process
- Coordinate next steps with senior recruiters or hiring managers
What You Will NOT Do
- No candidate sourcing
- No LinkedIn search or outreach
- No cold messages
Requirements
- Good spoken English (at least upper-intermediate level)
- Clear communication skills and confidence in video conversations
- Ability to follow scripts, guidelines, and processes
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Interest in recruitment and working with people
