Online Minds is a fast-growing venture studio building performance-driven digital brands. We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to own affiliate partnerships and outreach across three core brands:

• Rentumo – Rental housing search engine in 14 countries
• Printumo – Art & print-on-demand platform in 32 countries
• Monetumo – Global ad monetization platform

What you’ll do

• Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliate partners
• Execute structured outreach (email, LinkedIn, communities, social platforms)
• Build and manage affiliate pipelines and deals
• For automatically outreach use platforms like Instantly.ai etc
• Track performance via internal tools or platforms like Trackdesk
• Work closely with founders via Slack and online meetings

Affiliate focus by brand

Rentumo

• ≈ €5 per new trial started (subscription based business)
• Proven model with Facebook group owners (local rental & housing groups)
• Strong traction in NL, clear potential to scale internationally
   

Printumo

• ≈ 8% commission on referred artists’ print orders for 12 months
• Outreach to digital artists, art educators, POD sellers, Etsy/Pinterest creators, and home decor influencers
   

Monetumo

• ≈ 30% margin share for 12 months
• Focus on publishers, SEO consultants, and monetization-focused creators

What we’re looking for

• Proven affiliate management experience
• Strong outreach and deal-making skills
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Structured, proactive, and results-driven
• Able to show real results from previous affiliate programs
