About the role
Lumitech is looking for a proactive and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top technical talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: from creating job descriptions and defining candidate profiles together with hiring managers to making a final offer.
- Actively source candidates for IT positions of different levels.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to close vacancies efficiently and with high quality.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and manage test assignments when required.
- Maintain and update the candidate database in Hurma: track statuses, keep profiles up to date, and document feedback.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as an IT Recruiter.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates.
- Proven experience in closing technical positions (Developers, QA, Designers, Management, Marketing, etc.).
- Confident sourcing skills across various channels and experience with recruitment automation tools.
- Basic understanding of technical stacks sufficient for initial candidate screening.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills, with a result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and collaborate effectively within a team.
