Business Development Manager
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who knows how to negotiate, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by results and financial growth.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Identify, attract, and onboard new advertisers
- Develop and scale existing partnerships
- Connect and manage CPA networks
- Evaluate the performance and efficiency of purchased traffic
- Prepare weekly reports on business development activities and results
- Communicate closely with media buyers and internal partners
- Represent the company at meetups and international conferences
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:
- 1+ year of experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or in a similar role within a media buying team or affiliate program
- Strong understanding of the gambling / betting vertical
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+)
- Result-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and strong self-motivation
