Sales Development Representative

About the role:

Academy SMART invites Sales Development Representative to join our team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Targeted Prospecting: Use tools like Sales Navigator or Apollo to build high-quality lists based on our ICP
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone, book call with relevant prospects
  • CRM Management: Maintain existing leads database, register new leads and keep the platform up to date
  • Campaign Optimization: A/B tests, scripts development and review, conversion rates tracking and optimization
  • Collaboration: Work closely Sales team to achieve defined KPIs and monthly / quarterly / annual goals

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as outbound LeadGen / SDR
  • Software development lifecycle understanding
  • Excellent English level (Upper-Intermediate minimum) โ€” speaking and writing
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot, Zoho etc), Sales Navigator, prospecting tools (Apollo, PhantomBuster etc)
  • Cold calling experience
  • Proactivity, initiative, responsibility, self-organization
  • Ability to process big amounts of data according to the given requirements
  • Good team player that works on the one big goal achievement

 

Will be a plus:

  • EdTech / eLearning industry understanding
  • Social media marketing
  • Client-facing communication experience (pre-qualifying calls)
