Senior Python /  AI Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer with strong Generative AI expertise to join our team.

You will work on building modern AI-powered applications, including LLM-based systems, RAG pipelines, and intelligent workflows. The project focuses on clean architecture, scalable solutions, and production-ready AI.

 Requirements:

Python & Backend

Strong experience with modern Python (3.10+)

Solid understanding of OOP principles

Experience with type hinting

Hands-on experience with Pydantic

Dependency management using Poetry and/or uv

Generative AI

Practical experience with LangChain

Experience with LangGraph or similar orchestration tools

Hands-on work with vector databases (Chroma, FAISS, or similar)

Understanding and implementation of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

 Nice to have:

Experience with authorization and access control patterns (RBAC, ABAC, policy-based)

Experience in publishing and maintaining Python packages (PyPI ointernal libraries)

Experience with FastAPI or similar Python frameworks

Cloud experience (AWS / GCP / Azure)

 Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI-driven backend services

Build and optimize RAG pipelines

Integrate LLMs into production systems

Collaborate with product and engineering teams

Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
