Your mission:

Own product growth end-to-end by combining product strategy, analytics, experimentation, and marketing thinkingβ€” from insight to launch to measurable impact.
 

What you will do:

πŸ“Š Product & Growth Strategy

  • Build and maintain the product roadmap together with the CEO
  • Define and prioritize growth initiatives that impact conversion, retention, ARPU, and LTV
  • Turn user insights and data into hypotheses and fast experiments

πŸ§ͺ Experimentation & Analytics

  • Own and scale A/B testing across product, UX, and monetization
  • Analyze user behavior, habit loops, retention, and monetization funnels
  • Set up and maintain product metrics & dashboards
  • Improve experiment win-rate through structured testing methodology

πŸ’‘ Product Development

  • Own features end-to-end: idea β†’ build β†’ launch β†’ iterate
  • Optimize user flows and onboarding experience
  • Create features that engage users and attract creators

🀝 Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, analytics, marketing, and UA teams
  • Align product, creative marketing, and acquisition efforts around shared KPIs
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day product operations and clear communication

πŸ” Market & User Insights

  • Conduct market, competitor, and user research
  • Understand what truly motivates users to convert and stay engaged
  • Track trends and identify untapped growth opportunities
     

Key qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, or Growth/Product role
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Strong understanding of product & business metrics and unit economics
  • Experience optimizing user flows, retention, and monetization
  • Confident working with analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, GA4, Tableau or similar)
  • Ability to clearly communicate, defend ideas, and work cross-functionally
  • Data-driven mindset combined with creative and strategic thinking
  • Self-driven, proactive, flexible, and comfortable in fast-changing environments
  • English level: B2+
